skaterdav85 Posted January 6, 2011 Share Posted January 6, 2011 I've heard that you don't need the type attribute in your script or style tags in HTML5, and we can start leaving them out and it will still work in browsers that don't support HTML 5. Can the type attribute also be left out when you're referencing external stylesheets with the link tag? Also, is the charset attribute optional?
