controlling asp tool by jscript asp code

I have a panel in a page. i have to control that panl by javascript as well as through asp code. panel is contained in an div tag. Javascript code changes visibility of this div tag . and asp code should change the div tags visibility style. ??

If you want to change style of an element, then change it's relevant CSS property/attribute. Unless there's something were missing, but once server side code runs, it can't be run again until the page is refreshed or another HTTP request is made (like w/AJAX). So if you're are just changing styles, then the CSS is what you want to change. If you need to update with new content, then you want to employ AJAX.
