general php question

hi, I have a wordpress website http://www.cisapi.eu...-round-package/ below the item are the up-sell products (screenshot http://cisapi.eu/wp-...product/now.jpg) this is the code for the up-sell items:

can anybody tell me which php file i have to modify to change the design of the up-sell items? i want them to look like this (screenshot http://cisapi.eu/wp-...roduct/then.jpg) thanks!
