VBA Help

Hi I'm pretty new to writing my own code while working with MS Access and hoped that you might know if W3Schools offer any help with this.The SQL training is awesome and something like this but VBA instead would really help me learn quicker.I have been using the Query builder in Access for so long that it's made me kinda lazy but since colleagues have produced more efficient ways of making our databases work, I'm sort of out the picture and can't understand their code totally.Many thanks guysY
