Can't find element in source code.

Hello there. I've been using this site mainly for altering my tumblr theme. I've already used it for things such as changing image attributes when hovering, changing text when hovered and the such. I'm having a problem though. I mean to change a button that's supposed to scroll the page back to top. When I inspect it using chrome, I get the following div pointing to an external image: The problem is, when I try to edit the HTML code, the div or the image are nowhere to be seen. It's using a lot of short-codes and includes and you will need to determine which file or code it's calling on. Since I am not familiar with this type of theme it might be best to ask that provider that developed it.
