davej Posted January 14, 2014 Author Share Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) Hmmm... usually it is something like clicking the login button first thing in the morning. On my own websites where I can identify what the delay was I have seen an occasional query of the database or initial load of a page or image take 30 seconds or more. So my question is why would it take that long? What is the server doing? Is it recovering from some error? Is it reloading or restarting something from the disk?
