Ingolme
I would advise you to begin by reading the W3Schools HTML tutorial. http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
COBOLdinosaur
Yeah the tutorials recommendd by ingolme are a start. However HTML is not a programming language. It is just a markup to define the structure of a page. If you are going to do web pages you won't be able to do much with just HTML except very static and plain pages. You will also want to learn CSS, and probably javascript. You will also need to understand somw server side language to do anything really useful. Chikwado
Thanks for your advice. But What is the different between, xhtml and html5. Because all my earlier document base on xhtml declaration. Does it cover html and html5.

thescientist
They're just different implementation of a markup specification, with certain rules for each. I would just focus on html5, as it is the successor to html4 and xhtml.
