dsopshin
Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this. It seems like when I use any word that includes a lower case "f" & "i" next to each other, the "fi" won't display in the browser..it displays the space for the letters, but not the actual letters. Here is an example: Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks!
Ingolme
It looks like if one of those ad scripts that highlights words and turns them into links failed.
dsopshin
It looks like if one of those ad scripts that highlights words and turns them into links failed. The problem is that it's on every "fi" anywhere on the site. It's not just on the home page - but every page that uses those characters next to each other has the issue. Ingolme
If I could see the actual page, perhaps I could figure out what's causing it to change. There are many things I can't determine from just a picture. Is the text blue or is it just not there? Are the letters wrapped in an element? Are there any errors in the Javascript console? I think it's likely that some Javascript code is doing it. dsopshin
The screenshot I took is from the homepage - but it also happens throughout the site: http://www.dpjcc.org/
Ingolme
It looks like some software on your phone is doing it. I see nothing wrong on my devices.
dsopshin
Hmmm. I tried it in multiple browsers on my phone and am still getting the same issue. It is also being reported by other people on other devices. At one point it was also happening on desktop browsers, but that appears to have stopped.
