Do you mean W3C just says, "okay the specs are final, here is CSS3" ???Also what good is this new 'release' if no browser yet supports it, although I am sure FireFox will have an update with full CSS3 support shortly after it is released.I am thinking it will still be a long time beofre CSS3 can be used because of IE.
