kvbk Posted June 14, 2006 Share Posted June 14, 2006 Am finding it difficult to connect to computers in the internet whereas am successful in connecting in the local intranet.As u know a machine has two ips(internet/public and private/intranet) am able to open port for listening on local machine with local ip but if any one attempts to connect to my machine in the internet zone he has to first connect to my public ip and then to my local ip.My problem is if any one attempts to connect to my machine how he ll be directed towards my public ip and then to my local ip(termed as hole punching /port forwarding).I have to achieve it programatically.
