RichardM
Hello I am new to this forum but have been reading on W3School for some time now. Very impressive resource indeed. I am keen to overhaul a couple of websites that I have some responsibility for and so am very interested in becoming competent in the various responsive frameworks. I think W3 CSS is just brilliant, has a really well thought out feel to it. However, I am stumped by a couple of numbers in one example .. http://www.w3schools.com/w3css/tryit.asp?filename=tryw3css_ref_responsive_grid.. The two reference that puzzle me are .. <div class="w3-col w3-container m4 l3 w3-yellow"> and <div class="w3-col w3-container m8 l9">.. I can not work out what the values 13 and 19 represent.. I thought it was padding, going by other examples but changing the values appears to do nothing. What do these value represent?? Thanks Richard
Ingolme
That's not 13 and 19, that L3 and L9, meaning 3 columns on a large screen and 9 columns on a large screen, respectively.
