HTM: email not displaying correctly on iPhone

[Html stressed]

Hi i know this has been discussed on the threads but i have been unabl to resolve the issues. Basically my HTML is showing on mobile (iphone) very small. Any advice appereciated. The email is a confimration email from ninja contact forms. Here is the Code :
