Backup SQL Database On Network Drive

How to back sqlite database on said email's google drive in android studio..

PROBLEM : I don't want to store my data on online data base as it will charge me when it will be for commercial uses.. Now i am storing data in Local data base SQLite        

                          database.. Now it is big challenge to me that i am unable to the backup my SQL Database to google drive..
                           I want to add these facilities
                             1) Restore & Backup SQLite database on google drive after user sign in their account.
                             2) The Data will be store into their google drive.
                             3) The Backup  procedure will be made after any makes any changes.

 

 

Please Help...
