boen_robot Posted August 11, 2006 Share Posted August 11, 2006 Such needs are exactly the reason why W3C is going to make the IMG tag open in XHTML 2. What you have as src will be the image and the content inside will be the alt text. Scince it's an element content, this allows more styling options, greather alternatives, etc.There is no currently a way to make this in XHTML 1.0 or any HTML version.
