Lorenzo75it
Hello, I am looking to place the “Registered” symbol ® in superscript next to a trademark (in a text block in the footer section of a Shopify store). I’ve added some screen grabs to illustrate my inquiry. Once in the “Edit Code” in Shopify, the relevant file where to enter the superscript code is a .json file named “settings_data.json” in the “Section” folder in Shopify. As you can see from Attachment1 and 2, the code “²” works fine to place the number 2 in superscript but it doesn’t work with the Registered symbol ®. When I enter the relevant code for that symbol (® or ®), it is not in superscript (see Attachment3). When I enter the tag ®<\/sup>, I get the error message in Attachment4. Any idea how I could put in superscript the ® symbol in the .json file? Many thanks in advance.
