There are some issues that I have found myself dealing with alot.- When I use a different browser everything is out of place- When I minimize the window the objects move and divs- When I put a background image that I only want to reach the exact width of the page and not make it scrollable it never works out right. For this issue I don't want it to be at the top edge or the bottom edge. Check Here to see what I mean. The blue is all I want to be at the exact left and right edge.Those are the issues that I'm having trouble with.
