It is most likely a asp.Net 1.1 project which will only open in VS2003 not 2005its a MsgBox Showing " selected file is not valid Visual Studio Solution file"the Project was Downloaded from http://www.dotnetspider.com/projects/ShoppingCart.aspxand it has no Bin <Dir>, Did the problem will solve? if i use conversion wiz ? Reg Edit Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 If you use VS 2002 then you are likely to get this problem as it will not understand solution files from newer versions. If you only have VS2002 then I suggest you create a new, blank solution and then add the required files to it. You probably have to create new project file(s) in VS2002 too.
