Start here:http://www.rssboard.org/This will give you the required fields and mroe information on the specifications.Second, figure out what language you wish to use. If you manually do everything, then hand writing the XML will be your only option. If you are dynamically pulling the information from a database, then you'll need to learn the method that php, asp, or cold fusion uses to query the database, how it formats the data, then how it will pass file headers to appear as XML.

I need some help learning how to make an RSS feed for websites. Notes: Help is appreciated. *obvious*
Have you tryed the RSS tutorial on the first place?If you don't want to learn the syntax, you could use google to find some RSS generators.
