Guest parveen Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 i want to download an application from a web page that will contain a link.When i click on this link it download application on client and startup its setup automatically.And in future whenever i start this application it check on server for updation if there is any update available then it will show a message that there are some updates.And if we click on this update message it will update our application. If it were an exe file I believe the browser will ask the user if they would like to run it.If this were possible there would be webpages full of auto install viruses.
