Problem in printing reports on Crystal Enterprise

Hi,I have an application which has reports deployed on Crystal Enterprise 10 server.We uses user to set printers in their user profile. There is an asp code written to take the printer information from user profile and use this information for printing the reports.This was working fine when we were using CE 8.5 Recently we migrated to to CE10. After migration whenever we are trying to print reports on my application it is not printing on the desired printer rather all prints are going to the default printer of the Application server.Did anyone receive same problem with CE10? Anyone can suggest what can be wrong here. This was working fine with CE8.5

I just have to say I hate CR. They make it so hard just to print a simple report. You have to just through hoops just to print some basic stuff.CR is full of issue like what you describe. I am sorry I do not have a solution for you and you will be hard pressed to find info on CR problems.
