layout finished but with some problems

I finally got this entire layout coded, but it has a few problems.It took quite awhile to get it this far.Here is a link to the website.http://www.hasbadservice.com/admintemplate.phpNow there are a few problems 1. In all 3 browsers, it's making my text appear WAY off, it's suppose to be in the top div2. In firefox other than that 1 thing it looks ok, in ie, it's misaligned too the right, and in opera, it's misaligned up and down, along with the text problem also, if anyone can see what is causing these problems and help me fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Hate to bother you again, but I could really use some help. If this is possible, thanks.I am still playing with it, but have yet to get anywhere, I have been playing with borders, margins, paddings, and everything but things are still not working up.

It seems the css portion of w3schools is going dead.
