usnig snmp with C# .net2005 web application

hi to everybody, i am a students doing my graduation projecti am going to send arp command from my web application (asp.net2005 using c# v2.0) to a cisco router,for real i know very little about that topic (using snmp with web applications)can anybody help me about that, which dlls should i use, how can i use them, what conguration should i do on my routeror any links,documents will help a lot thank you for your replies
