another container problem

the autoheight to the container isn't working. you can see if you go to this page:http://crccreek.ianncomm.com/about/initiativesthe autoheight was working fine before, but I changed the way the container was centered and now it's not working. read my previous post about the container problem to see why I can't change it back. any help will be very much appreciated.
