Everyone knows I make a point to illustrate the difference between web site design and web site graphic design - do a search on it if you want the history. Anyway, if you are talking graphic design, then I think Life Is Binary will be posting appropriate links. However, if in "layout" you are speaking along the lines of site structure, organization, and flow, then you are talking more about site design or usability.
