  1. I remember having that game but the gameplay was fine. Not slow at all or lag. I'm not 100% sure but I think I play it on a 400mhz with 128 mb ram on 98. I maybe played it after on a 2.4 ghz 512mb ram. Anyway was never slow.

  2. I always get more resources than MS says. For XP they said 256 mb I got 1gb. So for Vista I would start at 2gb of ram it's not just the OS but also all the other crap running (anti-virus, firewall, anti-spyware...).

    $_POST

That's too bad because I'm not the original web developer for this app so I will not do extensive work on it. A friend of mine which is gone for 1 year is the original web developer. I see some flaws in his scripting but I have enough work as it is.

    $_POST

Sure np. It's even more complicated when you didn't build the app. I confused to why I can't get the value. If I set the $_POST['colourcost'] to a value then it's fine but that's not what I want. I want it to be dynamic. Also, the developer did the same thing for another section of items and it works. I've compared the 2 sections and they are both pretty much the same. I'll try and compare it in detail tonight, was getting late last night...

    $_POST

So last night I was working on a website for a client. I didn't develop this site I'm only updating it. Unfortunately I don't have the code with me since I don't have access to it at work. My problem is I have a hidden field called colourcost which is used to add to the price of a specific item. There is an include file (left.php) before the content is included that will add the item to the cart upon form submit (buy button/add to cart button). In that included file (left.php) I was testing $_POST['colourcost'] and it seems like it's unable to get the value of the hidden field. I have checked this many times, the hidden field is there and the value is there. Why wouldn't $_POST['colourcost'] get the value from the hidden field? Could the includes be the problem? Has anyone had any issues like that before?

  3. To include an image that is on your computer you should use the complete path (C:/image.gif).There's mostly 4 image formats on the web: gif, jpg, png and bmp. Each have their advantages and disadvantages. Use any of them except for bmp that I wouldn't recommend.

  4. I included some mouseovers on the top navigation, when hovering over the blue arrow appears below the word. Also on the languages flags, they highlight. The new additions thumbnail is grayscale normally but when hovering it's coloured. The bottom validation images highlight on hover. The gray links change to a lighter gray. That's about it. I probably won't have time to find a host and upload my site before I leave for a week. So I guess it'll have to be in 2 weeks.

  5. Depending on exactly when you're going, you might hit their "dark dates", but otherwise, I highly recommend going to see Penn & Teller at the Rio if you like magic, comedy, or just a great show. I have never seen them do a bad show.General Show Info
Penn and Teller rules! I got their show called bull######, they explained how things we thought or doubted it was real were bull######! Good show!I'll probably go see them.
