yeah i just need to know how to put it all togeather i know its somthing like.navigation { position:relative; "do i put left/top here?"margin-left: 30px;margin-right: 70px;}, and like how do i make a banner go to the top, in the center, and the rest of the nav, and content, and footer follow it?

ok hey, i was wondering if anyone could explain how to use and what it does with margins and positioning? i tryed to make a simple layout but i just cant position the images where i want them or the text using CSS. i have been to the w3school website and read the margin tut there, but i need more detail and how it does this and why. and how.

hey dan, would you be able to code this layout for me in html and CSS? so i can learn how it is done? comments would be good too to tell me what it does. and what its for. pls ^^

Thanks, and yeah i do want to do web design, i really like it. im pretty good at the design, i come upwith some nice ideas, but coding them is my porblem, i will look at that link you posted, and please keep these tutorials coming, i like to learn. thankyou so much -------kk i just looked at that site, its like what i want to do, but with images, not with html, and stuff like "#Content>p {margin:0px;}#Content>p+p {text-indent:30px;}" i dont really get the stuff like "P+P".

hey i am wanting some help, i did ask before. but i didnt get what i wanted, i know now how to do divs etc, but im still having trouble, with stuff like aligning text in boxes, or positioning stuff, i do read the sites but it doesnt work. i just want to be able to make a webpage using CSS. if anyone could help that would be great.

kk im new to css, but the main thing i want to do it make a website with imgs and stuff, so two questions pls ^^1. how do i position a image in the CSS? do i use the positon:absolute? or do i use divs? how do u make divs in css?2. how do i make my text have a certen width space? like i type some text on my page and it goes over the screen so it goes width like 30000, but id like it to be in a certen box size, if you get what i mean, like the text can only be in |--------------HERE-----------| and not go out of the two |-|.
