Please use IDs, not names. Also, why use an anchor just to give some text a name? ANY element can have IDs.<p><a href="#whoo">Link</a></p><p id="whoo">Content that the link brings to.</p>

If i m not wrong, u want to toggle in the same page, i.e., when u click on a text or an image which is on the top of the pagethat should link on the mibble or bottem part of the same page...If yes... following example code may help you out.
orJust by clicking on text - "div":<body><a href="#div">div</a>----------<a name="div"> linked part on the same page </a>----------</body>

For giving a beautiful look to ur site and to attract people visit ur site do some of the followings:- go for some background design or a template.- put some images showing ur site infomation.- some animated images or buttons.These are simple things u can go for.And there are lot many things you can go for.

I have found that when ever we want to post a reply, quote is automatically getting selected.And even if we click on + QUOTE, it changes to - QUOTE and then if we click on reply, quote is again selected automatically.Is there special meaning to it or is a bug?
