Don't remove the doctype, when you remove the doctype IE goes into screw-the-standards mode (Microsoft has their own cute name for it), so it's best to leave the doctype in there so at least things like Firefox and Opera know what is going on, and just get the code to work right with HTML strict. I notice you have a lot of repetition in the CSS. For example, look at how many times you set the margin-top for #middle. The first thing to do if you haven't already is to validate the code and fix any errors that show up. It looks like there are a few HTML errors and a few CSS warnings, which would not affect layout. You can validate HTML here:http://validator.w3.org/And CSS here:http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/#validate-by-inputGo through and fix the HTML errors and make sure that page validates, and then remove all of the repetition you can from the CSS sheet. It will make it easier to see what is going on with the CSS. You also have #left, #middle, and #right all set to 200px width, and obviously they are larger then that.

well i just check my css is validhttp://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validat...10mb.com/s2.cssand in HTMliget get 7 errors

This page is not Valid HTML 4.01 Strict!Below are the results of attempting to parse this document with an SGML parser. Error Line 3 column 12: there is no attribute "XMLNS".
You have used the attribute named above in your document, but the document type you are using does not support that attribute for this element. This error is often caused by incorrect use of the "Strict" document type with a document that uses frames (e.g. you must use the "Transitional" document type to get the "target" attribute), or by using vendor proprietary extensions such as "marginheight" (this is usually fixed by using CSS to achieve the desired effect instead). This error may also result if the element itself is not supported in the document type you are using, as an undefined element will have no supported attributes; in this case, see the element-undefined error message for further information. How to fix: check the spelling and case of the element and attribute, (Remember XHTML is all lower-case) and/or check that they are both allowed in the chosen document type, and/or use CSS instead of this attribute. If you received this error when using the element to incorporate flash media in a Web page, see the FAQ item on valid flash. ✉ Error Line 5 column 73: character data is not allowed here....e" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />You have used character data somewhere it is not permitted to appear. Mistakes that can cause this error include putting text directly in the body of the document without wrapping it in a container element (such as a
aragraph
) or forgetting to quote an attribute value (where characters such as "%" and "/" are common, but cannot appear without surrounding quotes). ✉ Error Line 10 column 83: character data is not allowed here....h.110mb.com/s2.css" type="text/css" />✉ Error Line 97 column 0: character data is not allowed here.username
✉ Error Line 97 column 12: document type does not allow element "BR" here; missing one of "P", "H1", "H2", "H3", "H4", "H5", "H6", "PRE", "DIV", "ADDRESS" start-tag.username
The mentioned element is not allowed to appear in the context in which you've placed it; the other mentioned elements are the only ones that are both allowed there and can contain the element mentioned. This might mean that you need a containing element, or possibly that you've forgotten to close a previous element. One possible cause for this message is that you have attempted to put a block-level element (such as "
" or "
") inside an inline element (such as "", "", or ""). ✉ Error Line 101 column 0: character data is not allowed here.password
✉ Error Line 101 column 12: document type does not allow element "BR" here; missing one of "P", "H1", "H2", "H3", "H4", "H5", "H6", "PRE", "DIV", "ADDRESS" start-tag.password
and i dont know how to solve them :)

The first error says that there is no attribute called XMLNS for the html tag, so remove that attribute. That attribute is defined in XHTML, not HTML. That will probably fix some of the other errors as well. The errors referencing the username and password lines are because the text needs to be enclosed in another element like
.
