Headers & Descriptions in ASP

At the ASP files I'm working on, I have:

<% '''MODIFY BELOW BETWEEN QUOTES TO CHANGE TITLE                             %><% HeaderTitle("Title Goes Here") %>

How do I add a description to this as well?

HeaderTitle is a custom function, you can modify that function to take both a title and a description and write them both out, or write a second function to do the description only.

I see. Do you know what the file might look like that I would be able to modify that file? I don't know where to begin to look.

Well, the function will be defined in some file that gets included somewhere. You can either open all of the included files and check in each one, or you can download something like ConTEXT, open all of the files, and use ConTEXT to search all of them for "HeaderTitle".
