div auto expand?

in internet explorer my divs are auto growing if the content inside grows.in mozilla the content grows but the div stays the same any tips?i want it to grow with my text and push the divs below it down further

Rather than the height attribute use min-height. Here's how it would work with both Internet Explorer and Firefox:div#id {min-height: 300px;_height: 300px;}
