You can either stretch the image, tile it, or use background-color to extend a single color beyond the boundary of the image. To stretch the image you can give it a percentage width, to tile it you can make it a background-image using CSS and use the repeat: property, and to extend a single color you can give the container a background-color.

Thanks for reply,I cant use any background color as the image is not graphic it is a pic.The image size is very big ..I have keep the image size in css 100% on higer resoltuin it is coming fine but when viewing on low resolution the image is croping from side.which I dont want.Thanks.
