i really dont understand about <colgroup> tagcolud you help me????

In theory, colgroup and col are most useful if you want to apply CSS to a column or group of columns. The alternative is to assign table cells to a class individually, which is especially annoying (but not impossible) if you generate cells dynamically or with something like PHP.But in practice, that is exactly what you have to do, because colgroup and col have very poor CSS support.

may i escape to understand colgroup and col tag untill i learn CSS??because i have not finished my html learning

Yes. Until it is better supported (if that ever happens), you'll probably use it three times in an entire career. I've used it twice in 15 years.
