It just sets up a frameset that points to the given URL.That looks like an advertising site that's broken. The other frame in the frameset points to a file called blur.htm, which doesn't exist. But blur.html does exist, and it includes a link to this script:http://cluster.adultadworld.com/geopop/geoinject.jsThat's an advertising script to apparently open a porn popup periodically.
