Guest shaun442k Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 Hi there.I have a virtual server set up om my computer(XP Pro, SP2, IE7 and Opera). I have tried several different programs, and they can all read from the database fine. (MS Access, single tables)But, they come up with the error: "database or object is read only" whenever I try to add or delete fields. This happens with every db, even the ones I have created so I know that it is nothing to do with the read- only option under windows file properties. Any help is greatly appreciated.
