IE and funky placement of elements

My wesite looks great in FF but in IE two divisions, contacts and downloads are out of place. Contacts is supposed to float to the right of the text in the content division, and downloads is supposed to float right directly below contacts. This does not happen; instead the contacts division floats righ below the text, and downloads floats right to the immediate left of contacts. I have included a copy of my CSS. I think the problem lies within the order of division calling in my html pages. I call wrapper, header1, thumb, content, contacts, and finally downloads all in that order.
