Mark H
Hi all,I receive some email newsletters that are done in HTML.I am trying to do my own email newsletter, using HTML, and I am wondering about how the email clients work? If I design a web page using CSS and HTML and then email it to my mailing list, will it display correctly?I already understand that the few graphics I will be using will need to be stored on my server and linked to. And I realise that AOL email does not support html. Are there any other issues that need to be considered?(I am very new to this! So thank you for your help!)Mark. Mark H
Thank you Synook. It looks as though all the major clients have "gaps" in their support for CSS. I was considering also having an online version of the newsletter with a "click here if this email doesn't display correctly" link. It looks like that may well be advisable. thescientist
That's definitely a good fallback solution.
