Here's a daily one I stumbled over in the search engine: http://silver-and-gold-prices.goldprice.org/This is another website that has the precious metals' prices, but there's no RSS feed that I could find: http://www.kitco.com/market/I would guess that there are APIs that serve real-time prices of gold/silver.
