Ingolme Posted October 18, 2011 Share Posted October 18, 2011 That's called a "Content Management System".You can program one yourself in PHP or some other server-side language, or you can download one, like Wordpress or Joomla. There are a lot of them out there for different purposes, a lot of them are not free. You can search for "Content Management Systems" on google.
