aspnetguy
You can change the colors of the scrollbar in IE using CSS but I don't think it works in other browsers.

What about the scrollbar do you want to change???Most things you cannot change because they are defined by what OS and browser you are using. AFAIK the only things you can change are color and that is only in IE.

aspnetguy
You cannot change the HTML scrollbars but if you make the section in flash then you can make your own scrollbars.Or in a java applet. But there is no way if you must put the news in the html code

ben3001
the easiest way to do what you want is make the site in flash then, or parts of it. Flash mx 2006 has prebuilt in components that you can use with fully customizable scrollbars
Little Goat
you could set scroll to none and then devise something off of this:http://w3schools.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=3651LG
