dinesh101
In the HTML tutorials, all images were added from a web location (img src="url"/>), when creating my new site, how do i add the images which are on my computer. Do I have to upload the images to a FTP location on the web first and then create the web pages? OR Should i create everything under one folder on my computer and then upload the entire folder to the web host?
Err
No matter which way you do it, you end up with the same result. Doesn't matter how you go about uploading things just as long as you get everything online. Personally, I would have a folder with all the contents and upload entire folder that way you have everything in one place and the images are still linked (assuming you already linked to the images in your code before hand). Dubbeldam
Err is correct,, i'll give u a little bit more detailed version. So you have a folder with all your pages, now to make it organized and easy to find most people make another folder (called images or pictures). There is where they put all the images. Now they can put images on their site this way: <img src='images/image1.jpg'>Now when you have a host on the web for your website you can just upload the entire folder and keep the same code!
