rename php oscommerce template output

hey everyone , i have just installed os commerce and am new using it. please visit the site http://shop.bhuratea.com , to get an idea of what i mean. on the left side of the site below the logo you will find two boxes named Categories & Manufacturers is there a way that i can rename those two text. Dont get condfused that i want to edit the products or categories, rather i want to edit those two texts from Categories & Manufacturers to Products & Quick Links respectively. the manufacturers text which i am talking is above the drop down menu. Any help will be greatGourav
