justsomeguy
The readme file says you can install through PECL, I would use that. All of the instructions for installing PECL or building it from source are right on the page you linked to, did you miss that?
terryds
Can you tell me how to install through PECL ? Is it using php command line ? I'm using Windows 7 ....
justsomeguy
Yes, you use the command prompt or console to run the installer. The command is given on that page, but you need to install pecl first if the command they show doesn't work. I believe the pecl executable is included with the PHP source zip file. I don't know if packages like WAMP include it. The general instructions are here: http://php.net/manual/en/install.pecl.php There's some more information here: http://pear.php.net/manual/en/guide.users.commandline.cli.php

justsomeguy
It looks like there are serious problems trying to install PECL extensions on Windows. http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=pecl+error+dsp+does+not+exist&sourceid=opera&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&channel=suggest
