What? Do you mean the marquee in the center of the screen? That is just text being moved around inside a div.

Hmm.... So how would I make it

Create a div. Style it overflow:hidden. Put words in it inside some inner container such as a span. Style the span position:relative. Write a function that is called by a periodic timeout to change the relative position offset.
