How to modify a button

Hi,

 

I would like to know how to modify a button?

 

I took a bootstrap template and I have something called

in my HTML5 code and I don't know how to change the look of the button.

I want to change the look of the middle button to scroll down.

I looked into the css and I found nothing to change the look, only the colors.
