OTRS Ticket Handling System

Ok, let's se if I got this one into the right forum... I have installed OTRS - Open Ticket Request System - (from www.gnu.org) but I want to change the layout profile according to my company profile, but it doesn't seem to be any way to set an image as background instead of a color...The files containing this information is named:CustomerHeader.dtlCustomer-css.dtl(Is this even XHTML???) The code seem to me to contain standard .css and .html commands, but the page simply WON'T accept my "background-image" code...Is there anyone who has experience of this type of coding?Thx!

Post the code. The dtl files are templates, they get processed by some template engine. You can try adding this into the CSS:body { background-image: url(http://path/to/image);}
