Restrict front end Field to Edit

I have a form here http://ipwea.asn.au/portal/component/jomdirectory/?view=admin_additem&layout=edit&id=38

I need few fields in the form should be prevented from adding any content by the users (except super user)

Is this possible? I have attached screenshot for clarification.

Depending on how you're handling the users' on your site, meaning their login status/sessions, etc, you can have it where if the super user is logged in and goes to the page with the form, then show that field for the super user. If regular user logged in and goes to that page with the form, do not show the field.
