contradiction in numbers sequence result

In this site there is someone who is asking for an answer to some numbers sequence :

I put the sequence of numbers in this sequence solver online :

However , I saw a contradiction in both results :

the sequence solver says the next number in the sequence is 7 meanwhile  Quora says the answer is 23

I know that the answer of Quora is the right one . I would like  to know why the sequence solver gives 7 as an answer if the right answer is 23 ?

Because whoever wrote the sequence solver didn't do a good job.

You might also notice that exact sequence is listed on that solver as a divergent sequence.  If you want to know what that means, look it up.
