I can't log in to my account

Hello ,

I am trying to log in to my account and it doesn't let me. It takes me to another page and asks me my name, and then it takes me to a page to create a new account. 

I have tryed to create a new account but nothing. I even said I forgot my password but it says  " user name/client id not found " . What going on?

Thank you for your answer. The problem is solved. I gave a new password and signed up again and this seems to have solved it. Thank you.

i got same pro blem then i find that enter Email feild is case sensitive 

but signup form email feild not 

so i sign up from phone there phone keyboard himself make my mail Address first word Capital(upper case) but after i sign in from computer then got same error like you 

then i figure it and use my email Address first latter in upper case and its work.

hope with you also have this same problem try it if work for you
