The creators of Flash could care less if you could insert a remote flash file or not - they were only concerned about whether or not you could see the movie. If you could see the flash movie, then they would have been satisfied. Its up to the author to have the knowledge to protect him/herself.And, justsomeguy, yes the MIME type has always been a default setting when the flash player is installed. The ONLY time you would ever get an OPEN or SAVE prompt for accessing a SWF file is if the plugin was not installed or the mime type was removed. And that would ONLY be when the SWF file is accessed directly. If the flash file is accessed through the <object> tag, then the attributes set in there (in laymens terms) sniffs to see if the plug-in exists and plays the movie or provides that little icon that informs you that the page requires flash player (and thus providing a link). Now, for Kasdraven, if your answer is now not in this post, then please do as I suggest and build a more complete/informed post so that we don't have to see your attitude surface again.Respectfully,Skemcin
