justsomeguy
If you want data that is entered on a form to be written to a file, you will need to use a scripting language like ASP, PHP, Perl etc to access the filesystem.

justsomeguy
got a tutorial for added it to a data base or spreadsheet fileIs that a question? Are you asking for a tutorial, or telling us you found one? If you are looking for information on how to do it, the best thing is to use Google. Search for "php tutorial write to file" or something like that, and you can post specific questions if you have them.
